to PDM SERVICES LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “HotelSpecials-Anywhere”),
a legally constituted Canadian company, which operates
as a wholesale-retail travel agency. HotelSpecials-Anywhere
is based in Smithers, British Columbia, Canada, with
tax identification code 81984-5546.
The content of
this website is directed solely at consumers who book
the product through HotelSpecials-Anywhere (hereinafter
referred as “you” or “your”).The
following Terms and Conditions form the basis of your
relationship with HotelSpecials-Anywhere. Please read
them carefully as they set out our respective rights
and obligations. Access to the HotelSpecials-Anywhere
website is strictly controlled by HotelSpecials-Anywhere
and HotelSpecials-Anywhere reserves the right to change,
modify, substitute or suspend or remove without notice
any information or service from time to time.
References to “accommodation
providers” means the owner/providers of the
hotels, apartments, villas and other accommodation
of any description featured on this website and “accommodation”
means the accommodation including all facilities and
services advertised on our website that we have agreed
to arrange in connection with your confirmed booking.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
acts as agent only in respect of all bookings we make
on your behalf. HotelSpecials-Anywhere accepts no
liability in relation to any contract you enter into
or for any accommodation that you book or for the
acts or omissions of any accommodation or other person(s)
or party/parties connected with your booking. For
all bookings your contract will be with the accommodation
provider concerned. The accommodation provider’s
booking conditions will apply to your contract and
prices and cancellation conditions shall be displayed
when making each reservation, dependant on prevailing
conditions, availability and other factors. The website
will guide you through the booking procedure.
Any booking that
you make through this website is conditional on you
accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the
legal statement and privacy policy (the “Terms”).
The Terms form an integral part of our website and
cannot be separated from the general contracting conditions,
operations or reservations. By visiting, using or
ordering from the website HotelSpecials-Anywhere,
you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the
Terms and all applicable laws and regulations that
govern this website and your booking.
If you do not agree
to be bound by the Terms, you must not proceed with
your booking.

1. MODIFICATION
OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may make improvements or changes to the information,
elements, data, services, and other materials on
this website, or terminate this website, at any
time without notice.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may also modify the Terms at any time, and such
modification shall be effective immediately upon
posting of the modified Terms on this website. Accordingly,
your continued use of or access to this website
will be deemed to indicate your acceptance of the
modified Terms.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may suspend access to this website, due to maintenance
works, net security reasons or force majeure (as
defined in section 10.), with no obligation to reimburse
or compensate you for the period in which access
was suspended.

2. HOW
TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
Simply search
for your chosen destination and dates, select your
preferred accommodation provider and proceed to
the final booking page. Details of your selection
will be featured at the top of the page and also
on the top left hand side. Please ensure you carefully
check the dates, the price, the destination and
the accommodation provider details before proceeding
with your booking.
On the left menu
bar you will also see details of the cancellation
fees that will be levied by the accommodation provider.
If you agree with your selection, please continue
to add your personal and payment details. Again,
please ensure you check all your details carefully
before proceeding with your booking.
Any information
entered into our payment page is securely encrypted
during transit and the HotelSpecials-Anywhere site
is verified by VeriSign. For more details on this
area, please refer to “Payment Details”
below.
To confirm a
booking, you must be authorized to make the booking
by all persons named on the booking and their parent
or guardian for all party members who are under
18 when the booking is made. By making the booking,
you are confirming that all persons named on the
booking accept the Terms and that you will inform
the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation
details and any other appropriate information. By
making the booking you also become responsible for
making all payments due to us.
Once HotelSpecials-Anywhere
has received your booking and all appropriate payments,
HotelSpecials-Anywhere will, subject to availability,
confirm your booking on behalf of the accommodation
concerned by issuing a confirmation e-mail containing
an accommodation booking voucher which you should
retain and print so it can be presented at the accommodation
on arrival.
Please check
the accommodation booking voucher carefully as soon
as you receive it and contact the HotelSpecials-Anywhere
customer services immediately if any information
which appears on the accommodation booking voucher
or any other document appears to be incorrect or
incomplete. As HotelSpecials-Anywhere acts only
as an agent we will have no responsibility for any
errors in any documentation except where those errors
were made by HotelSpecials-Anywhere
A binding contract
between you and the accommodation provider comes
into existence when we issue the confirmation e-mail
containing the accommodation booking voucher on
behalf of the accommodation. However if for security
reasons you have been requested to return a Credit
Card Data Authorization, the binding contract will
require this authorization and will not be valid
until HotelSpecials-Anywhere receive the signed
Authorization from you. Should you not return the
Credit Card Authorization, HotelSpecials-Anywhere
reserves the right to cancel the reservation services
booked by you, applying the correspondent cancellation
fees. This Credit Card Authorization is requested
in order to ensure that you are the Credit Cardholder
and that no fraudulent use is being carried out
with your credit card.
Reservation numbers
provided by HotelSpecials-Anywhere are for your
sole and personal use; no reservation number may
be transferred or disclosed to third parties and
you shall be directly responsible for the use of
your own access codes or personal number.
Improper use
by you of any access code or personal number shall
result in the access code or personal number being
withdrawn, any transaction will immediately be terminated
and legal action against you may be considered.

3. AGE
AND RESPONSIBILITY
You warrant
that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal
capacity to use the HotelSpecials-Anywhere site
and to create a legally binding contract.
You warrant that
all personal information submitted during accommodation
bookings and membership registration is correct
and you accept financial responsibility for all
transactions made under your name or account.
Solely for the
purpose of providing your accommodation you hereby
authorize HotelSpecials-Anywhere to ask for and
to collect all personal information, about you and
the persons named on the booking that has been obtained
in connection with your booking. Personal information
shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to:
any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses,
addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport
copies, or any other information belonging to you
or your group that the accommodation provider may
have access to.
The personal
information that HotelSpecials-Anywhere collects
from the accommodation shall be obtained processed
and transmitted in compliance with Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA),
as it applies to transfers of personal information
to a third party, including a third party operating
outside of Canada, for processing., as well as any
other such legislation that substitutes, complements

4. WHAT'S
INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING
The basic accommodation
cost includes the following:
• Accommodation,
meals and any other services as stated on your
accommodation booking voucher.
• All
obligatory accommodation establishment service
charges and taxes: Excluding some USA resort fees
which require an additional resort fee, and any
other required tax to be paid by you on arrival
at the accommodation establishment. Please refer
to the Observations within your chosen “Hotel
Info” page which will advise if any additional
resort fee is required on arrival.

5. WHAT'S
NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING
The basic accommodation
cost does not include:
• Transfers
between airport and accommodation
• Excursions
and other personal expenditure, unless otherwise
stated within the offer on the website and as
detailed under ´Observations` within the
accommodation voucher.
• Additional
charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in
apartments that are not stated to be included
in your booking
• Charges
that accommodation establishments or apartments
may make for facilities such as cots, parking,
minibus services, sun beds, sauna, tennis courts
and equipment, porters etc
• Deposits
requested on arrival by some apartment/villa owners
• USA
Resort Fees where applicable. Please refer to
the accommodation voucher under ´Observations`
to see whether there is an additional fee applied.
Children
Child prices
and other conditions relating to children are
agreed upon with each accommodation provider
and are not based on any one criterion; therefore,
given that each accommodation provider applies
its own special conditions and prices, we ask
that you enquire about this point when making
your booking.
Accommodation
services: Any child prices or special conditions
will only apply when children share a room with
2 paying adults.
COTS(UK)
/CRIBS (US) – please advise us at the
time of booking if you require a cot or crib.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere will pass your request
to the accommodation provider; however, we cannot
guarantee this request will be met. Such request
will be subject to availability and if the accommodation
provider is unable to meet any such request,
neither HotelSpecials-Anywhere, nor the accommodation
provider, will have any liability to you in
this respect. This request may only be available
at an additional cost unless otherwise expressly
stated in the description of the accommodation
provider, and if any additional cost is applicable
this should be paid by you direct to the accommodation
provider.
Extra
Beds
Some accommodation
providers have twin or double bedded rooms that
will accommodate a third bed. Details on any
supplement and/or discount applicable where
a third bed is to be occupied by an adult can
be obtained from the accommodation provider.
Accommodation providers may have no, or limited
numbers of, extra beds so the ability to provide
a third bed will subject to availability.
Any request
for an extra bed must be made at the time of
booking and if the accommodation provider is
unable to meet any such request, neither HotelSpecials-Anywhere,
nor the accommodation provider, will have any
liability to you in this respect.

6. PAYMENT
DETAILS
At the time
of your booking, the full quoted amount will be
deducted from your credit or debit card. Payment
transactions on the HotelSpecials-Anywhere website
are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed
by some of the world's leading banks and our site
is verified by VeriSign.
This technically
secure environment ensures that credit card details
cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone
other than to financial institutions required to
process payment instructions from the customer.
Our payment system
currently accepts the following payment methods:

In some instances
HotelSpecials-Anywhere shall send by email the Credit
Card Data Authorization; you must return the completed
Credit Card Data Authorization to HotelSpecials-Anywhere
by fax in order to confirm and conclude the booking
process, as explained in point nº2.

7. BOOKING
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
You may cancel
your booking at any time prior to your arrival date
on the HotelSpecials-Anywhere website. If you want
to modify your booking, please contact us by phone
or go to our Contact Us page.
You will be advised
at the time of booking of the cancellation charge
levied by the accommodation provider. During the
booking stage you will see the cancellation fees
that apply to your booking, quoted on the left hand
menu.
Proceeding with
your reservation means you expressly accept such
charges. If you have any questions or are unclear
about the charges that apply to your booking –
please go to our Contact Us page for more information
Modifications
and Administration Fees
Modifications
including, but not limited to, a partial cancellation,
amendment or reduction in number of nights, within
the timescale that cancellation fees apply, will
be subject to an administration fee of $10.00CAD,
for every modification made.
If the modification
involves a cancellation, then only the relevant
cancellation fees will be charged.
Modifications
shall be subject to availability and any increase
or difference in price will be payable by the cardholder
immediately.

Cancellations
If you cancel
your booking prior to your arrival date, you may
be charged a cancellation charge. HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will refund you the amount paid under the contract
minus any cancellation charges incurred by the accommodation
provider.
You should cancel
your booking through the HotelSpecials-Anywhere
website and the website will advise you of any cancellation
charges payable or, alternatively, if you have cancelled
within the period where no cancellation charges
are levied. Cancellation charges will vary according
to the accommodation provider, the destination and
the dates selected. Please note that the cancellation
charge and/or period quoted refer to the time and
date in the booked destination.
If for exceptional
reasons the cancellation cannot be made via the
HotelSpecials-Anywhere website, your letter of cancellation
must be sent in writing to HotelSpecials-Anywhere
detailing the destination and reservation number.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere shall send acknowledgement
of receipt and inform of all the charges, if any,
which may be applicable. Cancellation shall only
come into force when your letter of cancellation
is received by HotelSpecials-Anywhere, as opposed
to when you send the letter. You shall be responsible
for obtaining the confirmation and/or acknowledgement
of receipt of the cancellation of the reservation
by HotelSpecials-Anywhere. For very urgent situations
please go your Contact Us page.
If you decide
to leave the accommodation before the reserved departure
date then you should address any claim for a refund
of any unused nights to HotelSpecials-Anywhere within
twenty days of your arrival date, together with
written confirmation from the accommodation provider
of the time and date of your departure. HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may be able to negotiate with the accommodation
provider for a refund of any unused portion of the
accommodation; however, this is at the absolute
discretion of the accommodation provider and HotelSpecials-Anywhere.
Specifically, during peak occupation periods the
accommodation provider may charge the full amount
of the original reservation, in which case you shall
not receive any refund.
Reservations
made via HotelSpecials-Anywhere may be cancelled
by either party with no penalty whatsoever in the
event of force majeure, such as, without restriction,
war, revolution, acts of terrorism, closure of borders,
epidemics, catastrophes which may affect the various
destinations and, specifically, the location of
the accommodation provider.
If you are not
able to make your reservation or holiday (on the
dates stated on your hotel voucher), because of
an accident or illness, please contact our Customer
Services department as soon as possible. You may
need to provide us with some form of documentation
in order for us to establish the level of refund
you are entitled to. Our customer Services will
provide you with all necessary information in order
for you to request a refund or amendment to your
booking reservation. HotelSpecials-Anywhere will
apply the cancellation policy stated above to bookings
cancelled directly on the accommodation provider.
In the event
that HotelSpecials-Anywhere, at its own discretion,
considers that a booking has been made fraudulently,
the booking shall be cancelled and the transaction
value will be returned to the same Credit / Debit
card used for the transaction. Any such action will
be communicated directly with you.
Failure to honour
the booking (No Show)
If, for whatever
reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation
on the arrival date stated on your accommodation
booking voucher without prior warning to HotelSpecials-Anywhere
(“a no show”), you or any member of
your party will not be entitled to any refund.
Important
• Throughout
the year, some accommodation providers may change
name or trading name, which shall not be construed
as a change of accommodation or modification/amendment
of the reservation.
• In some
countries there is a local tax known as "stay
tax" or “tourist tax” (eco-tax)
which must be paid directly to the accommodation
provider and/or the airport. The Russian tourist
tax must be paid directly by you at the first accommodation
upon arrival in the country.
• Any accommodation
ratings and/or categories have been provided by
the accommodation providers and are in accordance
with local regulations applicable to each country.
Therefore Accommodation in one country may not be
similar in terms of services and quality to accommodation
in another, despite stating that it is of the same
category or rating. The information on this site
is posted in good faith but HotelSpecials-Anywhere
cannot guarantee that it is completely free from
inaccuracies and typographical errors. If for any
reason HotelSpecials-Anywhere detects a mistake,
you will be contacted and informed about it. In
that case, you will be able to cancel your booking
without any cost.
• HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will advise you of any information supplied by the
accommodation provider regarding the existence and
duration of any refurbishment or renovation works
within the accommodation. Since HotelSpecials-Anywhere
is merely acting as an agent in passing on information
supplied by the accommodation provider, HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will not accept any claim from you regarding refurbishment
or renovation work of which HotelSpecials-Anywhere
has not been advised or which extends beyond the
planned date of conclusion.
Changes to and
cancellation of your booking by the accommodation
provider
If there is a
change to or cancellation of your booking, HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will pass on the new details to you together with
any compensation that the accommodation provider
may offer. As agent only for the accommodation provider,
HotelSpecials-Anywhere cannot accept any liability
for any changes or cancellations made to your booking.

8. WHAT
IS A PROMOTION?
A Promotion is an entitlement to a Discount or Special
Price (up to the amount stated) off a qualifying
booking, including taxes and charges.
A Promotion can
refer to any Discount or Special Price applied to
a stated hotel for a specific period.
A Promotion can
also refer to a specified Promotional Discount Voucher
which can be applied to a hotel booking for a specific
period as stated
A Promotional
Period refers to the time the stated Promotion is
valid for.
A Promotion is
only valid for a qualifying booking on the HotelSpecials-Anywhere
Website.
A Promotion is
not an indication of availability and all Promotions
are subject to availability at time of redemption.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may cancel a Promotion and/or reject redemption
of a Promotion or Promotional Code if the stated
Promotional Period has ended or if the total value
of the Promotional Discount or Promotional Code
exceeds a certain amount.
A Promotion and/or
Promotion Discount applies to any HotelSpecials-Anywhere
Promotion communicated within offline and online
communications
How do
I redeem a Promotion?
A Promotion may
only be redeemed on the issued HotelSpecials-Anywhere
Website, for the qualifying booking as stated.
A Promotional
Discount Voucher can be redeemed by entering the
relevant Promotional Code on the confirmation page,
on the HotelSpecials-Anywhere Website, at time of
booking.
A Promotion can
only be redeemed against a new qualifying booking
and cannot be redeemed against a booking made previously
or before the Promotional Period.
A Promotion is
only valid for a single redemption and is only valid
and may only be redeemed for a single qualifying
booking.
A Promotional
Code may not be used in conjunction with any other
Promotional Code.
A Promotion has
no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (or
for benefits in kind such as gift vouchers).
Any balance remaining
after redemption of a Promotion is non-transferable
and non-refundable.
A Promotion is
only valid during the period identified and on the
dates and for the products specified during the
online booking process, for a qualifying booking.
Where the redemption
of a Promotion is subject to a minimum spend or
stay requirement, redemption is only permitted in
respect of the purchase of the qualifying products
(as communicated to you when issuing the Promotion
or Promotional Code).
Where a Promotion
has been communicated via email, the Promotion or
Promotional Code is non-transferable. The email
address provided at the time of booking must be
the same as the email address to which the Promotion
was originally sent.
What happens
if I cancel or change a discounted booking?
In respect of
a discounted booking (and unless expressly provided
otherwise in the Standard HotelSpecials-Anywhere
Terms and Conditions):
If you cancel
or choose not to use that booking then you are not
entitled to a refund of the Discount or any reinstatement
of the Promotion;
If you are entitled
to compensation (for these purposes compensation
includes a full or partial refund, credit or some
other form of compensation) for that booking then
such compensation shall not include the amount of
the Discount;
If you change
that booking then you will not be entitled to a
refund of the Discount or reinstatement of the Promotion
but if the booking is maintained and is changed
only by adding product(s) then the value of the
Discount is retained.
Can HotelSpecials-Anywhere
cancel or refuse to redeem a Promotion?
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
may at any time cancel, withdraw or refuse to redeem
a Promotion if HotelSpecials-Anywhere reasonably
believes that Promotion is being used unlawfully
or illegally and you agree that you will have no
claim against us in respect of any such cancellation
or rejection.
If HotelSpecials-Anywhere
refuses a promotional Discount submitted as part
of a booking for any reason, HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will advise you of the correct cost of the booking
before payment is taken to give you the choice of
whether or not to proceed with the booking.
Limitation
of liability
In the event
that HotelSpecials-Anywhere cancels, withdraws or
refuses to redeem a Promotion, or if you are unable
to use or fail to use a Promotion Code, we do not
accept liability for any loss or anticipated loss
of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of
contract or other opportunity nor do we accept liability
for any consequential or indirect loss.

9. BEFORE
YOU TRAVEL
HotelSpecials-Anywhere is not liable for damages
or losses that may result from travel to any particular
destination.
It is your responsibility
to ensure you have the relevant travel and health
documents before departure for the country you are
visiting, which shall include, but is not limited
to, any inoculations that may be required, ID’s
and passport. , ID’s, passport, and possibly
also marriage certificate for couples sharing the
same room in some Muslim countries.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting
from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation
or any non-compliance with requirements.

10. INSURANCE
You are strongly
advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior
to arriving in your destination. It is your responsibility
to check if you have adequate insurance cover. The
insurance should cover, amongst other things, the
cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all
medical costs and the costs of assistance including
return to your country in the event of an accident
or illness.

11. FORCE
MAJEURE
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
will not be liable for any changes, cancellation,
effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered
by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers
and/or HotelSpecials-Anywhere to perform or properly
perform any of our respective obligations to you
which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s)
if the non performance is caused by force majeure.
By way of example force majeure includes, but is
not limited to; war, revolution, terrorist act,
closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe
or other causes that seriously affect both parties
and in particular the place where the accommodation
provider is located as well as the country of origin
of HotelSpecials-Anywhere and other unforeseeable
causes beyond HotelSpecials-Anywhere´s control.

12. COMPLAINTS
OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION
In the unlikely
event that you have reason to complain or experience
any problems with your accommodation please inform
the accommodation reception staff or management
immediately, to enable them to take appropriate
action.
Should you not
be satisfied with the solutions offered, please
contact HotelSpecials-Anywhere Customer Services,
whilst you are at the accommodation, and we will
offer all reasonable assistance to try and rectify
the situation to your satisfaction.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider
and therefore cannot accept any liability for any
loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or
negligence of any accommodation provider. Your contract
for the accommodation is directly with the accommodation
provider concerned.
However, in the
event that HotelSpecials-Anywhere is found liable
on any basis whatsoever in relation to your booking
our maximum liability to you if HotelSpecials-Anywhere
is found to have been at fault in relation to any
service that HotelSpecials-Anywhere provides as
agent for the accommodation provider concerned (as
opposed to any service provided by the accommodation
provider for whom HotelSpecials-Anywhere is not
responsible) is limited to the cost of the booking
in question.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
acts as an independent intermediary in the contracting
of accommodation and other services, and shall thus
not be held liable for death, injury, illness, damage,
loss, accident, theft, delays or any other irregularity
which may arise, whether directly or indirectly,
from the supply of services by the accommodation
provider or other suppliers and which have been
contracted via this system. Also, HotelSpecials-Anywhere
shall not be liable for any indirect, special or
consequential loss, including economic loss, which
term shall include loss of profits, loss of use
of profits, business, revenue, and goodwill or anticipated
savings.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
shall use reasonable endeavour to make the accommodation
provider deal with any complaint you may raise.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
shall not be able to assist with any claims that
were not raised during the period of stay at the
accommodation.
HotelSpecials-Anywhere
shall not be able to negotiate any claim with the
accommodation provider that is raised after the
date of your departure from the accommodation in
question.
You will at all
times save harmless and keep fully indemnified HotelSpecials-Anywhere
from and against any actions, claims, proceedings,
losses, costs, expenses and demands (including costs
and expenses in defending such matter and its proper
compromise) arising directly or indirectly out of
or incidental to or in connection with any breach
by you or by any of the people you booked on behalf
of, of any of the provisions of these Terms or contravention
of any laws or rights of a third party, or your
use of this website.
When you book
accommodation through HotelSpecials-Anywhere, you
accept responsibility for the conduct of yourself
and the other people on your booking during your
stay. HotelSpecials-Anywhere and/or the accommodation
provider reserves the right at any time to terminate
your stay and that of any member of your party due
to your or their misconduct, where justified in
the reasonable opinion of HotelSpecials-Anywhere
and/or the accommodation provider. Full cancellation
charges will apply and no refund will be given.
Furthermore, neither the accommodation provider
nor HotelSpecials-Anywhere shall be under any obligation
whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs
or expenses you may incur as a result of your stay
being terminated. If your actions or those of any
member of your party cause damage to the accommodation
in which you are staying, you must fully reimburse
the accommodation provider for the cost of the damage
before you end your stay. You also agree to indemnify
HotelSpecials-Anywhere against any claim (including

- USA RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVEL TO CUBA
Travel to Cuba
by citizens and a resident of the United States
is subject to the laws of the United States pertaining
to the U.S. embargo of Cuba and requires a license
from the United States Government. No refunds will
be made or liability incurred with respect to any
travel arrangements made by citizens or residents
of the United States without required licenses.

17. FEES
USA Resort fees
Although all
our rates include taxes and service fees in the
vast majority of cases, some USA resorts require
travelers to pay for an additional Resort fee on
arrival to the resort. We would like to include
these rates within our quoted prices however these
fees are issued on arrival. Please refer to the
Hotel Info page under Observations to see if there
is an additional rate applied to your selection,
only if you are booking a accommodation establishment
in a USA Resort. Within our search results we clearly
state that there may be an additional fee.
Other fees
Some countries
may require any other taxes to be paid by you on
arrival at the accommodation establishment and/or
airport. Please refer to the Observations within
your chosen “Hotel Info” page which
will advise if any additional resort fee is required
on arrival.

18. ASSIGNMENT
OF RIGHTS

in total or in part the obligation or rights of
these Terms to any subsidiary, affiliate or holding
company or any subsidiary of its holding company.

or any other agreement which completes them to any

19. LEGISLATION
AND COURTS OF JURISDICTION

shall be governed by current and applicable Canadian
Legislation. In the event of any discrepancy which
may arise from the interpretation or execution of
